SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Other international countries will be added in the future, subscribe to our newsletter for updates. All custom fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility.
We offer free local pick up in the West Island and surrounding areas. Select the option- Free Local Pick-Up at checkout. An email with the address will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick-up.
Our production time is 7-10 business days unless we have the item purchased ready. Most of our items are made as each order comes in.
We use CANADA POST to ship all orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
CANADA: Ships Expedited - 3 to 10 business days with tracking information.
USA: Ships Expedited - 7 to 15 days with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays and lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact Canada Post to get more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and the custom design that goes into each and every item. If you encounter issues, please send us an email at .
We offer exchange only on defective items. Please contact us within 5 days and we can initiate an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items.
For customer-designed items: All items are final sale due to the fact that they are made to order. Please review your custom designs and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each custom order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc) made during customization. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue.
